It’s time for me to share some bittersweet news. I’ll be stepping away from my role as a Communications Specialist with the Office of the Juvenile Defender. Working here has been such a rewarding experience, and I’ve been so lucky to learn from and work with people who care deeply about our youth and their rights.
Many things have happened and one of them is... life has brought me a new chapter, motherhood, and for now, my heart (and most of my time!) will be focused there. While I’m moving on from this role, the memories, lessons, and relationships I’ve made here will stay with me.
I’m a woman of faith, and I have to say OJD was the place I had to be in the last 2 years of life to get through the tough times. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.
